I need to know that ,I am primary applicant & I have 3 different graduation degree, but my spouse doesn't have any degree but he has around 10 years of experience in his profession. so is he eligible to get PR

If you are the primary applicant, then yes.

if you are primary applicant then yes. You just don’t get points for his education.

Thank you mavrick28 & naturgrl for your reply please clear one more doubt of mine.as i said my husband dont have any degree & has 10 years for experience, so if he complete his three years degree now.....so do they consider the 10 years of his experiece before getting this degree or he will be considered as a fresher and need to start fresh....pls reply

Experience will be counted. But it has to be full time.

Not true. Your husband is not the main applicant so foreign work experience is not counted only Canadian work experience for your CRS score.

Are you living and working in Canada now? For CRS, only Canadian work experience counts for your spouse not foreign.
