Do I have to work in Canada according to my NOC?

If I submit a NOC of Computer Technician and moved to Canada, and an employer hired me as a secretary.

Is this possible?
Or I only have to work according to the submitted NOC?


Also, do employers ask for what NOC I migrated through?

if someone has a Master in Business Administration, and his NOC is Computer Technician, will this affect the points?
Because the master's program is not related to computer science.
