It really does look like IRCC wants the scores to drop below 470 before the holidays. Because I doubt there'll be a back to back. Instead im expecting a 3 week gap after the 17th DEC draw. Hopefully we see a high 460s cutoff next draw.

Yes. This is very heartening to see that the impact is not too much and IRCC also has plans for bigger draws. Hope this continues!

They were never much in the first place. The last draw Pretty much wiped out all the high scoring french speakers for 2020.

Lol so I calculated it right.. So 460's will be coming in the next few draws.

The new draw brings the total number of ITAs issued in 2020 to 92,350. This year is shaping up to be a new record-breaking year for Express Entry, as the number of ITAs issued to date is the highest it has ever been.

The changes on French are not expected to be reflected on the pools for months. There was a small bump for last draw that basically took care of those in the pool. Profiles with extra points for French will start by mid 2021.
