You'll not include yourself as family members. Since it's only your wife, the question no 3 on generic form "how many members, including you, are in the application? The answer is 1 coz it's only your spouse. For instance in my case(on the computer double checking for you)... The answer was 3 coz I have two kids and my wife is third as oversea dependents. So I didn't include myself in the application. I only included myself when we got to no 13 of the form where it asks "current spouse". So your wife is the principal applicant in this form. Hope this explanation helps....
sorry, just for clarification, my family overseas are two persons, wife and daughter. on the generic form when she is principal applicant she put only number 2? not including me? but there she mentions my name as you said on 13 as husband am i correct? and one more thing for my daughter should be another form or in my wife"s form she adds dependants my daughter and sign the form. am I correct?

Hi Friends
By the grace of Almighty eligibility passed. March 2019 applicant.
I have overseas depends. I am a bit confused about the next step. Will i get DM now or once i will submit my depends application?
How long usually COPR usually takes after Eligibility passed?
And is it better if i submit their documents required to the visa office from Canada or from the country my depends are staying now.

Yes, she's the principal applicant and 2 members(she and your daughter). You, on no 13 as spouse. Yes, your daughter will have her own generic form where she'll choose "family class" for no 1 question and "dependent /adopted child" on question no 2. Her mother will sign for her or you may whichever is easier for you guys. Afterward, you'll validate the forms of your wife and that of your daughter...
