Hope you SDS guys do realise OPR is sent from Ottawa ? Edmonton is just a promotor.

By the way I believe at least this time they are rolling out in order considering the sequence of OPR issual from March and now being given to May at the moment.

The OPR's are sent by review date order i.e March applicant may have review date of June 14 and a June applicant may have a review date of June 13. Hence the June applicant may get the OPR first before the March applicant.

I don't know where opr sent, But on the letter in GCKEY account, there is no specific office, while the CL(BVL) is sent from Shanghai office, who applied on Aug 8th in sds stream

okk, thank you! and do you know how to find the review date?
GCMS notes under the assessment section or you can observe it manually through GCkey. They put all the applications under the review date group folder for example : SDS Review 15 June2020 and all the apps which were reviewed on that date get processed accordingly (Most of them will be June files but its possible for files of other months to be mixed).

Did anyone's primary and secondary office change ?

Primary Office : CPC-Edmonton
Secondary Office : CPC-Ottawa

TO

Primary Office : CPC-Ottawa
Secondary Office : New Delhi

Saw and compared recent GCMS notes of few SDS applicants who received AIP in India and all had the same reason cited as "workload distribution" and "covid-19 response" dated November 2020 . Some load has been distributed to NDVO, does that mean they will receive OPR from NDVO ? Guess and hope so.

It will not appear on the subsequent GCMS copies, only on the initial one. Another way is just to keep track of of it in the GCkey when it changes to "We are reviewing.." .

Yes it was mentioned in the notes. Right now all the Indian SDS files are managed by Ottawa and I'm sure about that.

Isn't that what the computer should sort for and IRCC is supposed to do anyway ? They can't prioritise new applications with faster updates, at least in India everybody received OPR in order from March. They must have a strategy.

My Primary office is New Delhi, secondary office Chandigarh
But I got BVL and PPR from Ottawa
I got both of them in between 11pm to 12 am (night) Indian time

My timeline
Applied July 2nd with medicals already done,
Biometrics (Given last year, one visa rejection)
AIP Aug 14
BVL Nov 2
OPR Nov 5

I raised a webform couple of weeks ago, stating that my DLI is approved and I am exempt from travel restrictions,
Received standard reply yesterday (Nov 4)
