Hello,

I want to check if there is any solution, my friend just received a canceled application from WES, he can not continue without it.

can you advise what to do in this case?

*they replied by email that they don't accept his university with WES... but the uni is confirmed by the ministry of education in UAE

Just because the university is recognized by UAE doesn’t mean that WES recognizes it. he must apply at another ECA.

Try IQAS. None are fast right now. Find out if the university is even recognized by ECAs.

Well there is only like 3 to choose from. Try ICES or IQAS. IQAS will take a long time. WES is the fastest for processing.
