Go to the Manitoba Immigration website and read through the information on how to apply. Determine if you are eligible (points based) as the program looks at age, education, language and work experience. Then you may get 10 points for a friend.

I have gone through the website . I had 63 points already without Manitoba connection but with it, I will add the 10 points for friend making 73points which would be very good for me. But without the Manitoba connection, I won't be able to apply. Please are u willing to assist me?

Help you how. Put i. an expression of interest if you are eligible. Manitoba selection is based on 1000 point grid. How do you get 63? Saskatchewan is based on 100 point grid.

Since the adaptability factor gives the highest points I can only have 575 points

What stream are you even eligible for? If outside Canada, you need a job offer and lowest draw was over 700.

Uhmm. Thank you for your information . It has really been helpful . I do need to have a job offer to meet up. I have contacted some recruitment agencies in Canada but if you know any agency in Manitoba that could assist with job, I would be grateful . I am eligible for the express entry stream. I have my ECA and IELTS already . Am a Civil Engineer with 12yrs working experience and I hope I can get an offer. I am also opened to any other stream that can get me the PR.

You need to participate in one of the province’s authorized recruitment fairs to get a job offer which are on hold. All the information is on the website. You can’t work as an engineer in Canada & must be licensed by the province of Manitoba. So look into that. I only post on website..no personal contact. I guess you are over 30 so CRS is low. Many engineering positions are on ineligible list because of licensing & over abundance of engineers in Canada.
