Only news announced so far is that of Hong Kong...same night, same timeline. If there was a change, why didn’t they mention it on cic website?

Guys, IRCC already confirmed that no extra points have been awarded for education:

"There have been no changes to how CRS points are awarded for education. Points for Canadian educational credential can't be awarded if your credentials were obtained in a study or training program in which distance learning amounted to more than half of the program. "

technically, that response covers DLI and it is vague for Canadian Education.
