I am the representative of my husband. And I filled the form for a reprensative to get updates and all otherwise when I called them one day they told me we cant tell you anything even if u r sponser still u need to fill the form for reprentative.
So that is why they send everything to my email. But m confused if I have to email them.. Do they have a phone number? Can i call them and ask are they good on phones?

What does it says in the email that you guys have received for Additional Documents,
does it has any email address on which to send. There must be something written in the email, below is the ADR request that we received:
This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. The processing of your application is ongoing and in order to continue processing, we require the following updated documents.



We request that the below items be received in our office by email within 30 days of the date of this letter. Failure to do so could result in delays in the processing of your application. If you are unable to provide the requested items to our office within 30 days, please provide us with an explanation as to why you are unable to provide the items.



Please quote your complete application number on your correspondence and send to LDNIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca



Please note: All documents must be accompanied by English or French translations.



Documents sent as attachments cannot exceed 5 MB in size. Any attachment larger than 5MB must be divided into smaller separate attachments.



Please reply to this email with the following requested documents.



· Evidence of communication between you and your sponsor since your application was submitted.



· If your sponsor has visited you since the submission of this application, please submit evidence such as: copies of all pages of your sponsor’s passport(s) showing entry and exit stamps; and, photos taken during these visits.



· Updated police certificates from all districts/areas for yourself and all dependent children who are over 18 years of age. They must be from ALL the districts and areas where residence was for more than six months. If you have recently (within the past 6 months) submitted a police certificate to our office, please take this opportunity to resubmit that police certificate.



· Please properly and truthfully complete updated versions of the three (3) listed forms below, using the website links which follow each named form:

i just got letter for re medical....i was not expecting this...isi ka dar tha mujhe...mujhe waise hi test kerwatay hoye mout parti hai...this is upsetting...i was expecting DM

that's very unfortunate
but this is another trial from Allah and InshAllah you will pass this one too. Just Book Appointment as soon as possible and when you go to medical, don't stress yourself. just relax and take dee breaths. InshAllah everything will be fine, you are very close to PPR now.

Alhamdulilah yes I did.
But I didn’t get my photo stamped from studio on the back and I didn’t write my name DOB
so now I’m worried

Just to save time. Submit two more photos asap. ( Ask the same photo studio to print two more photos that was taken initially, same photos) write all the required info. With these new photos, write and include an explanation letter explaining your reasoning for resending these two more pictures. This should clarify the mistake and speed up the process.

But will VFS accept this? Because I don’t have an passport to submit as it’s been submitted ...
So I’m confused neend urgent help. I call VFS Islamabad’s they don’t pick up. I’m sad when they were making my package they Also didn’t notice it

sorry to hear this. No need to worry - you didn't do anything wrong, it's just a simple human error. First of all, i hope they just issue the visa without questioning or asking more pictures, but as a precautionary measure and to avoid any delays some one can drop it off at their office perhaps?

Don't be stressed I am also january 2019 applicant last step was aor2 on November 2019 after that complete silence

Here it's March 2019 applicant.
On Nov 20, 2019File transferred to LVO
On Jan 20, 2020 requested some additional info, which was sent within due timeframe.
Since then complete pin drop silence.
Just wait.

Wth they can even request this after pre arrival? Why couldn’t they just ask everything at once.

Don't freak out, take it as a positive sign.
If they have requested to you go for another medical, it definitely means you have passed all other stages now just a medical then you are done InshaAllah.

You have to send new photos when you are asked to submit a passport after PPR (if applications took more than 6 months). Photos are only valid for 6 months. You will also have to submit new photos once you get PPR. You will have all the instructions in PPR letter.

Just to clarify:

Yes, while you originally sent in photos with your initial application, when you receive your PPR you are asked to send new photos with instructions for them in your PPR. Everyone has to send a new set of photos when they receive PPR.

Even though my husband’s application was processed in three months, he still also had to send new photos for his PPR.

I try to call vfs Islamabad all day to ask if i should come and submit the passport photo with name and stamp again but nobody pick up
