Would 4 months Post Graduate Certificate in digital marketing consider in CSR Express Entry and WES

I would like to evaluate my one of the certificate which is 4 months Postgraduate certificate in Digital Marketing from MICA Institute. My bachelor's degree already evaluated by WES and received a letter from them. So, please help me whether will it accepted by WES as CSR is getting an increase by Bachelor + Certificate option in the CSR calculator under this category two- or - more certificate. Kindly assist. Most likely it won't be. Generally the program needs to be at least eight months full time.
