FSW-O AOR 28TH February

Recieved Webform Reply after 12 days of submission.
I had specifically asked for eligibility but there is no reply for the same.
Please throw some light on movement of my application @legalfalcon

Thank you in advance.
If the webform doe snot specifically state that your eligibility is passed, then your eligibility is either not started, or recommended passed.

To understand on how to decipher webform responses see https://bit.ly/3e2ZuNg

“valid” here indicates, that the documents required for the specific stage are “legal, not expired, and accepted by IRCC,” and no further input is required by the applicant.

I gave biometrics on Monday, also waiting.
You will get a message in your CIC Profile.

I saw on the google sheet that is taking around 5-7 days for them to approve after recently biometrics.

If you have uploaded it, no need to worry. Make sure you transmitted the documents, i.e. click on submit and signed the application and sent the documents.

If it was transmitted, then an officer has to add it to your file, and that is pending.

If your VO is Ottawa, expect delays.

I spoke to an IRCC agent today who was very patient and understanding - she removed my expired phone numbers along with expired address without even asking. She mentioned except for criminality everything is passed. She asked if I gave biometrics - which I gave on Oct 7. She put me on hold and checked that the biometrics is indeed on file but mentioned that the backend team haven't yet verified it. She was understanding and told the only thing to do now is wait - alas - that's what I have been doing since 8 months. Also one very important thing she mentioned - My spouse was exempted from Biometrics and it can be seen on the profile - however she mentioned that the data is not updated in the backend and its just a matter of connecting the dots. Hope IRCC connects the dots sooner.

Hi Everyone,

I've got the GCMS note on Sept 24, said that my application was approved on Aug 19, 2020. In the finalization part in GCMS, mentioned my CORP number is Txxxxxx, my print query...I've called agent almost every week since then, but they said no update so far. Even everything is approved but the final decision is only made when CORP is issued. I've noticed my application was transferred through so many location from Vancouver, Edmonton, Ottawa, and recently to Etobicoke office. Do anyone know what is happening with my application and anyone is same as me? I'm CEC inland and biometric completed March 11,
