A number of us have been getting ghost updates recently. Your account status will say there's been an update, but everything will look the same. It might just be a milestone in your processing, or even just IRCC doing testing or making changes with the system. It's normal.

Yes i did. Saw it an hour ago. Said profile/application updated 28 october.

One reason for the delay can be because of the new scoring points for the french language tests the system is getting updated or something.
