I'm a Kenyan Police Officer, a University graduate with a Bachelor of Education Arts. I have worked in the police service for 14 years and would like to migrate to Canada. I have a brother who lives in Ontario. I would also request to be advised on how one can apply for a job before migrating to Canada. I would like to be connected to a Security related job, eg. Security Guard

Look at immigrating through Express Entry - Federal Skilled worker stream. First see if you are eligible with a minimum of 67 points. A brother can’t sponsor you but you gain points.

You should assume that it will not be possible to secure a job before becoming a permanent resident. Focus on qualifying and applying for PR first. Be aware that there are many scams out there for fake secury guard jobs. If anyone asks you to pay money in exchange for a job, it's fake.
