Just landed with ICT/W1, what should I do for my family?

Hi, I just arrived in Alberta with ICT/Temporary worker VISA. My wife and son have come with me with the visitor visa. I known my wife can apply for an open work permit but as our kid is so young, she could not work, and my son is less than two years old, he can not apply for the student visa. I checked the IRCC website but could not find a suitable visa type for them. I don't want them to leave after six months in the current pandemic.
Do you guys know what kind of VISA should I apply for them? I want them to have medical coverage here, and want my wife to get a driver's license.

Just asking but did you not research all options for your family before accepting an ICT position. So work permits , extended temp resident status and medical coverage for your family given all the inormation is out there somewhere ?

To be honest, I did not expect I can get the work permit so I did not pay enough attention before I finally got here.

It seems fit for my situation. but still, I appreciate if you could give me some advice strategically.
