WES - Document of No Value

I received WES report as "Document of No Value" against my MBA as the university I had done it with was not considered as an academic institution by WES.
I made another account and tried to get another ECA report against my bachelors and wrote a request online if they could link the same to my previous account.
They refused and cancelled the order with full refund.
Please advise if how do I get this ECA done?

Quick question - Do I add my MBA degree again as WES did not recognize it?
Which evaluating body do you recommend?

@QuinAby - I checked out CES website and found out a special note with a list of universities, CES will not assess.
Unfortunately, the one I got my MBA done from is there in the same list.
Do I then get my bachelors degree done instead?
