No. You are all good.
Thanks. I understand that RR for PoF is common and could be due to FOREX. But what I am concerned about is that since my CRS score of 471 was assessed and was higher than round CRS score of 470, then why has CPA felt the need for RR for A11.2 and R75?

Is it possible to believe that a RR is not needed if webform reply mentions that - 'You meet the eligibility requirements' and next step will be 'eligibility passed'? or it is possible that a RR note may exist in the GCMS system even if 'eligibility met' note is left by Case Analyst? Thank you

If the web form states that your security is valid then it implies your Eligibility is conclusively passed as security only starts after Eligibility is conclusively passed. You can also request your Gcms Notes for free if inland.

This differs from application to application. In the RR, the note would also say "ready to finalise," or "appears to be met," both these terms suggest that you meet the eligibility criteria.

As regards why a RR? Even if you do not have an RR, all application have to be reviewed by the officer, before a final determination is made, irrespective of the recommendation by the CPA or Analyst. If there is an RR, then in most cases it is for a specific issue, just highlighting it for the officer to make a careful review of it before making a determination.

Also in many cases which Ministerial Instructions to apply, such as MI3 etc is a factor that has to be looked into, and it is they referred to the officer. RR does not delay your application or make it any worst then others, this is just an internal procedure, and no one would like to take the onus on themselves if the file goes to litigation, so the easy way is to mark it as RR even if it appears everything is in order.

Also, the RR you have is very generic, as in many other applications have it. So you should not be too concerned about it. When you request your GCMS notes next, you will see that your eligibility is passed.

@legalfalcon
This question is to everyone actually:
1) Can we apply to mortgage with only COPR, or do I need to wait for PR card since they are not issuing on passport or landing
2) Can my dad visit me when I have only COPR or will I need PR card again?
3) Basically do I qualify as Permanent Resident with COPR?

I would appreciate for the help

COPR is the proof of you being a PR, i.e. upon landing in Canada. The PR card is a travel document, but you do not have to wot for it and your COPR will be valid everywhere as a proof of your PR status in Canada.

1. Yes, you can apply for a mortgage. You don't even have to be a PR or citizen to apply for a mortgage. Even foreign nationals can apply for a mortgage if they qualify.

2. Your parents can visit you and you can invite them to visit and apply for their P & GP super visa or visitor's visa just with your COPR.

3. Yes, you do if you have landed or you were issued a visa while you were in Canada. Only applicants who are outside Canada and have received a COPR do not become a PR, until they land in Canada and are admitted.

Eligibility and background checks won’t get updated with completion dates until you receive a final decision on your app.
Sounds like the next time I get update will be Yes or No on my PR final approval. I like it.

Noob question: Is this the place to check the application status (looking for IP1/2, MEP etc)?
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/check-status.html

When I try to check the status, I get this response, I have tried few times: We were not able to identify you using the information you provided.

After applying for PR, I got a pdf (IMM 5794 - so this is my AOR) in my EE profile account saying the following. So I do have an application number starting with "E" followed by 9 numbers:
This letter confirms that your application for permanent residence in Canada was received by Immigration,
Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) through your account on .
We created a file for your application. The application number is located in the upper right-hand corner of this
letter. You must quote this application number each time you contact us.

I read somewhere that I will have to link my application to my account but it seems to be for paper/in-person application.

Or am I in too much of a rush. Please advice
