My wife got a job offer from one of the educational institutions in Canada. At present, she is in India. How to apply for her visa?

What educational institution? Does the employer have an approved LMIA? If not, They need to apply for one & they need to prove that no Canadian can do the job. They need to complete a market assessment on why hiring your wife will allow them to expand & hire more Canadians. This will take months (6+). Once the LMIA is approved then she applies for a closed work permit. Current processing times for just the work permit is 22 weeks & doesn’t include processing time for the LMIA.
