Hi,

I have requested to withdraw my online application that was submitted in another country when I was studying there (the notes have been added in June). After that, I applied another application in my country when I got back to my country. But my ATIP request shows that the application that was requested to withdraw has passed and the original passport request was not sent until now. And the eligibility of the application I submitted in my country shows failed without explaining why. Now, these two applications are still under review. Could you please tell me whether my first application will be withdrawn? Or will the study permit be issued? Could you please tell me what will happen to my two applications? Can I still have a chance to get into Canada to study?

Why did you withdraw in the first place? You could have just informed them of an address change/change in country of residence via webform.
Did you receive AIP?

Someone told me that it is a little weird that I got back to my home country and my application is in another country. I did not get my AIP. And I am having courses now.......:(

I dont know if it works here but I read that if your application has reached a decision they may not process your withdraw request. So maybe thats why they didnt withdraw your app ?

Thanks for your reply. Some people said the withdrawal process is handled by other offices and it is not very clear whether it will be withdrawn or not. I hope the situation will like what you mentioned. But what if my second application be refused, and my first application passed. Under this situation, can I get into Canada??

if you get a passport stamped? I dont know. In my limited opinion yes, if you get passport stamped it should be valid

No. The ATIP notes said passed. But the original passport request was not sent. And the official status is under reviewing.
