Hello all,

Has anyone experienced long delays getting access to the Employer Portal to submit an offer of employment?

My employer is telling me they have asked for a PIN to get set up, firstly by email and then followed up by phone, but still have not received the PIN. It has been over a month now, and my concern level is rising.

Yes, my boss finally got through it, but he had to call the help desk, and eventually had to have a new account created for him. I don't think they replied to any emails. I was still outland when he was doing this, so I don't have all the details, but he definitely had some colourful words to describe IRCC afterwards.

What was the number to call any idea? My boss sent email and they replied asking information but no words after that. Any idea about number?

I believe it was the standard IRCC number for all enquiries, but select whatever option needed to get to employer portal help.
