it does not say anything about post PR approval TO BE mentioned in the offer itself.. only valid job offer to cover the period for one year after approval of PR. ( IT MAKES MY LIFE EASIER WITH MY BOSS, as most employers don't want to deal with the IRCC) so maybe I just ask my boss to extend my job offer from July 2021 till July 2020. ( My ITA profile says response expected Jan 2021.
i will have a meeting with my boss today and just ask him to extend my job offer.
would love you know your inputs.

Thank you.

A valid job offer has to be:
  • made by one employer
  • continuous
  • paid
  • full-time (at least 30 hours a week)
  • for at least one year after we issue your permanent resident visa
    • not seasonal
  • in a job that is NOC:
    • Skill Type 0 or
    • Skill Levels A or B
It also must be made :
  • by an employer with a new positive LMIA that approves the offer and names you and your position OR
  • if you’re currently working in Canada in a NOC 0, A or B job on a work permit that was issued based on an LMIA, and:
    • you’re working for an employer listed on your work permit
    • you’re authorized to work in Canada on the day you apply for a permanent resident visa, and when the visa is issued
    • your current employer made you an offer to give you a full-time job for at least one year if you’re accepted as a permanent resident OR
  • if you have a valid work permit for a NOC 0, A or B job that is exempt from needing an LMIA, and you:
    • are currently working for an employer specified on the work permit
    • have one year of full-time work experience (or an equal amount of part-time work) for that employer
    • have a valid job offer from that employer for at least one year after we issue your permanent resident visa

I don't understand the "glitch". IRCC expects your employer to specify that they will continue to employ you for at least one year after you become a PR. If this wording is not included in the letter from your employer, then you are risking refusal.

I mean if you have a job offer which is valid for 5 years without mentioning anything one-year post PR, that should be ok . the words "Permanent Residence" do not have to be included in the job offer. That is how i understood it. please advice

You've posted this question repeatedly. The answer is not going to change by posting it again. Yes, the job offer letter is supposed to contain the specific wording regarding one year after PR. If your letter does not contain this specific wording, then there is some chance you will be approved and some chance you might be refused.
