Date of police certificate

I lived in usa for 2 years for a graduate degree. I left USA on 01 June 2020. My FBI clearance certificate from there is date 06 May 2020. Is this okay ? I read on the website that it needs to be after you have stayed there, but is this 3 weeks difference alright ?

Also they havent mentioned any expiry date on the certificate, but is there any expiry date otherwise?

It needs to have been issued AFTER the last time you stayed there. The instructions for PCCs are very clear and straightforward.

For any other country, the police certificate must be issued after the last time you stayed there for 6 months or more in a row.
