Does it matter if your points change after you have gotten your ITA?

For eg if your birthday passes during the process and it effects your points. If you have recieved your ITA, and then your points reduce does it matter

However some other scenarios where you points reduce do matter if the point reduction happens after ITA but before you submit your PR application.

The only thing I am expecting is the age issue. I am currently 28 but need to wait a while before applying EE because my younger brother is applying for a study permit and I dont want to jeapordize his chances. So in case I apply while I am under 30, and hopefully get an ITA, and then my 30th bday rolls around is what I am worried about.

no. what if you don't talk to each other at all or are estranged? you won't be lumped together. you're both adults
