Means likely next year? Can i assume that i have passed study permit?
For now, they are in place till Oct 31st. Let's see. Keep an eye on US-CAN border.. As long as it's closed, travel ban will remain in place.

As for SP is concerned. Yes, it seems like it that your SP is pre-approved. They may ask for LOA or some type of enrolment before issuing PPR. Who knows.

right but they should open for students. it is unfair that we come in same category as discretionary

Bro, it's not even open for applicants that have PR visas in hand but can't land as residents. Students are down the line ... the priority is for Spouses of citizens AND permanent residents first, then PR approved / almost approved PR applicants, essential works then temporary residents (Students).

@jigzyy can you please tell me that when we order gcms we get the notes for the date on which we've applied or for the date on which we will receive notes? Like I've order my notes on 9 Sept but got my AIP after 20, so in notes would I get any idea after 20 Sept or all notes in gcms will be until 9th Sept? Thanks

Daughter's GCMS notes are for 4 days after they were applied and then took a further 20+ days to be emailed.
