Hello,
I have a query about question 10 in the application form :
10 a) Please list all addresses inside and outside of Canada during your entire five year eligibility period. Start with the most recent. If there are any missing days or period of time, your application will be returned to you.

I landed in Canada with PR in oct 2017. So it is like 3 years in canada. I already put the time and addresses where i stayed in Canada for the last 3 years.

Should I also put the time I was in my country before landing in canada? as they are asking for 5 year period.

Or only the period after landing in Canada?

Same thing for question 11.
Should i put where i worked in my origin country before I landed in Canada? as i have been in canada for only 3 years and they are asking for details from last 5 years.

Yes you have to put wherever you worked and stayed in the last 5 years, including outside of Canada.

For question 10: For exemple I have lived 6 years at my last address in my origin country before coming to Canada. Do i put the start date as the date I started living at that address ? or put From date - ( (the month i applied for citizenship) - (5 years) ) ?

Similarly for question 11:
For exemple i have been working for 5 years at a company before coming to Canada.
Do i put the year and month I started working at that company? or From date = (the month i applied for citizenship) - (5 years)

Yes put the starting date even if the goes beyond 5 years as it will be logical correct date for the address/employment covering minimum 5 years.
It will be easier to provide any proof if they ask just in case so that it wont be confusing/different.

For me, example employment: From Oct 2014 i mentioned with actual date rather than mentioning past 5 years Feb2015. Same goes for the address too for which i mentioned from Nov2014.
