Yeah. Under misrepresentation. But OP thinks that getting a WES report of the educational documents will over turn the decision and get a visa. He's under 5 years ban.. and can't overturn it without judicial case. He got AIP under eligibility but is not admissible under misrepresentation ban.
OP mentioned it in one of his posts. No one can randomly make such assumptions about anyone.
