Medicals changed from "passed" to "we do not need"

Guys, who faced the same, would appreciate your answers. AOR October 2019, had the medicine marked passed in our EE account since last November. Last Friday it changed from passed to not needed. Wondering what this could lead to. Sign of coming extension or remedical request or something else? Please, those in the same boat, your experience needed a lot. What to expect next?

They may extend them or request for re-meds. Wait for directions from IRCC.

I guess, we are at "in between" period. Once they are ready to finalize our application, they will proceed to extension or remedical request. Otherwise, they would have already done it. Pending even in medicine now, feel so tired to run IRCC circles
