Banned from Canada? If someone is under a ban for misrepresentation or another form of inadmissibility they won't be approved for anything.

Why were you banned? And what date did you get AIP on? If it wasn't in error, then this sounds like a testament to AIP being particularly meaningless.

i think wes proved my documents are genuine so they issued me a wes.....nd my ban is removed i think so....thts y they issued me aip....i am ryt na??

You can't simply reapply if you're already under a misrepresentation ban. You need to find a lawyer and address that first. If you got AIP anyways I think this tells us that it does not involve even a basic admissibility check.

i applied my case with the help of lawyer....

You need to specifically apply to overturn your ban for misrepresentation as it makes you inadmissible to Canada, period. No other application will be accepted until you do that.

Because AIP does not mean you've been approved for a study permit. During the second stage of processing they will conduct an admissibility check and find you are inadmissible, so they will refuse your application.

but in my first step they already familiar about my application that i am banned student.....
