• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the limited employment prospects in your country of residence.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.

What am I supposed to do guys, I've submitted my dads property documents, I dont have ties in canada , I already explained that I am a graduated foreign student stuck in my country of residence cos of the pandemic and I showed visa of more than a year in residence country. What to do?

Nigerian citizen
Russia resident (student visa)
Graduated biotechnology July 2020
Applied to computer science to become computational biologists or bioinformatics
Sponsored by Uncle (provided affidavit, letter, business certificate, 100k+ cad bank statements
Professor and supervisor provided official university stamped recommendations letter
Father produced reference letter vouching and giving consent about my uncle, he also provided property documents which he stated belong to me and siblings
Police certificate produced
Clearly stated in first SOP that I didn't intend to attend in current residence country but I had no choice due to Clovis 19
I travelled to Russia in 2015. And hadn't return cos was studying.

All the refusal concerns were tied to residence country but I already mentioned I have no business with residence country

It means the VO determined that you're not a genuine student

How do you expect the visa officer to believe you will leave the country at the end of your temporary stay?

This seems quite strange though, provided that I have submitted a university recommendation from a university professor who recommend me for the program also I have recently graduated after 4 years and computer science was one of the subjects I succeed.

Never violated my previous stay in Russia. Would have return home had it been no coronavirus. My letter of acceptance literally has Nigerian address and number cos I had given it during university admission cos I thought I would be home by then(this was February before pandemic declared) and I made sure to explain in SOP.
Affidavit and reference letter from my father and all his properties, my businessman uncle documents and tons of high paying IT jobs in Nigeria?

Get the GCMS notes, you will get the reason in detail and then you can re-apply by rectifying those reason .. by a Strong SOP and proof of stronger ties to home country

Before you re-apply, find the reason for the rejection and address it in the next application. Request your GCMS notes and see the officer's notes in the last 3-5 pages. This will tell you the reason why your application was rejected and the officer's reasoning for it.

Once you have the reason, then you can prepare a new application and address the reason for rejection in it.

Can I reapply with just a letter of explanation? Because I don't think I have any more documents to provide. About employment prospects, I was thinking of getting my mum who is a nurse in a prestigious organization to get me letter of intention to employ from there but I think this might seems suspicious to the officer.
