In GCMS notes you will get all the the information about your application. If you want to apply for gcms notes then there are some videos on you tube those will help you out.

I don't know, may be you're entering something wrong. If you're entering the right information in the fields and it should work.
Thanks buddy all the informations are correct i don't know what's the wrong

@legalfalcon, my GCMS note in second page says Location : "Registry". What does that mean, is it that someone working on my file or just file is in idle.
I am an outland PNP
No GCMS note will state that the application is sitting idle, unless you have something as COVID pace or a specific note that says put in specific parked folder, which would mean that your application has been kept aside.

In GCMS notes,

1) where can I see my last update( date wise)
2) where can I see the officers comment or remark??

please advice.
The three simple steps to read your GCMS notes:

1. Verify that they are your notes by checking your application number, your name and date of birth on page 1.

2. See page 2 for the assessments. This is the overview of your application stages. To read on stages, see https://bit.ly/35xhKw6

3. Then flip to the last 3-5 pages, this is where the notes entered by the immigration officers are and will provide you with the details.

Once done, you will have a clear grip of your application and then you can read in details about the assessments and calculations and the incoming and outgoing documents which will be in the middle of your notes.
