What are the minimum documents required to prove sibling resides in Canada?
Is a PR card enough? If not what else would be needed which is compulsory?

Let me assume your question is on the Proof of residency in Canada (Sibling). If so, below are the acceptable documents

document should have the current address of sibling,

1.a letter or document from a government
2.a bill (telecom providers, a cable provider, utility etc)
3.employment contract that shows address
4,.a letter from an organisation or an institution attesting the mailing address
5. any document by a college or school that shows address
6, a letter document from financial institution

Any one of the above will suffice .. Driving license can also be submitted. I have heard from others. But a license is not any address proof document , primarily its one proofs Identity .

Hope this helps.. Good luck!

Missed one question... A PR card doesn't contains address details. Hope this clears.
You would have upload it for Proof of PR/Citizenship of sibling.
