Medical about to expire

Hi friends,

myself and my spouse had our medical done back in Jan 2020 expecting ourAtlantic immigration pilot program provincial approval but I left the company before getting nominated but I just got an ITA via express entry with our medical having just 5months to expire , should we submit that or we should simply do another medical.
Your thoughts please? Thanks
