for those lucky guys who got DM or COPR this week, are your files at Sydney? I mean your DM or COPR are direct issued from Sydney office in Nova Scotia, right?

Similar timeline as you, AR on Aug 27th, but I also got ADR in Jan and did upfront medicals in June.
DM is issued by Sydney but as far as i know CoPR issues by local Visa office.

My AOR is May 2019 too. No update whatsoever since pre arrival email. Called ircc today and agent told me just waiting for security. Im a little worried cos medicals are expiring a month from now.
my friend, is the status of your security check shown as "not started" for a very long time, then all of a sudden it got passed super quick?
If some people get GU on Friday today, probably we could see people receive some DM tomorrow (Saturday) too?
