I was a student in the USA who overstayed by 1 year after visa expired waiting for my pr application to Canada . I got approved and now even got Canadian citizenship. Is they any way I can visit the USA now without waiting for the ban to end in 2014? Thank you all in advance

No - you can't the USA now. The ban is still in place. The fact you are now a Canadian citizen doesn't change anything.

You will need to wait until the ban ends in 2014 before you can visit the USA.
