All the paper applications are in Delhi high commission, I am sorry to say but they are the most lazy and slow high commission even before covid. You are on their mercy now.

I think some applications are being processed (or just collecting dust there) at the Bangalore IRCC center too.

I applied in March and I can't understand how in 6 months they couldn't have processed my application to the point of either giving me an AIP or at least a straight out refusal.
