Student travel restriction exemption

Hello Everyone
I got my passport request letter on March 12 and my student visa date of issue is also the same but due to the covid, the embassy got closed and my LOI issued Aug 06 after they stamped the visa on my passport. Do you think I can enter into Canada.

No. The university gave me all the documents that I have to be in Canada

Actually I did, but they are not going to answer via phone or email. CBSA just check the documents when you arrive.

They have a call center to answer such questions. You should call and ask about that. In some cases, they refused to comment on personal cases but I think you can get an answer.
