Just a quick question ... when the processing time start ?
I mailed my application in May 2020.
processing time start after AOR ? Or when they get application in mail ?
I dont have tacking number of my mail application coz used canada post regular mail.

AOR means they have opened your files and checked that no file is missing, so the processing time should start after AOR.

No the processing time starts after AR, IRCC website states clearly.

Your processing time starts the day we receive your complete application and ends when we make a decision.

I got AOR today.
AR 2nd March 2020.
AOR 27 Aug 2020.
I also received Biometic letter for me and my wife by email.
However since currently Biometric facility in closed in Toronto. I don't know what to do next.
They have given me time till 25 Nov 2020 to submit the biometric.

I have also received AOR
Applied on march 2nd, I am planning to go outside canada for two months, can I do my biometrics in India if they are open there?
