A lot of people here got their CoPR and even landed during the past few months. I however have had a different experience.
I got my CoPR when things were normal in January 2020. Then my in-person landing appointment in Edmonton, Canada got cancelled due to COVID-19.
I have been waiting 7 months for a landing approval in Canada without any news from IRCC. I have called them, raised webform enquiries, but they don't provide me any information why I'm stuck in this limbo. Anyone else in this situation?

If you are an Inland applicant then I believe your PR status should be activated over the email and your landing interview should be done via telephone. Please check if this has been changed recently.

Is this something that has been routinely carried out recently for inland PR applicants? If so, I'm obviously left out.

Similar chain for my Mom's application! Mom needs to move here permanently.

IRCC asked to submit proof and clarifying note about temporary visits for landing purposes is discouraged.

Back in July had submitted screeshots of airline one way ticket 'credits', plus my local Mississauga utility bills, detailed plans for isolated separate room, bathroom and 2 weeks of nil physical interface. Highlighted this is a permanent move to Canada.

NDVO response was a generic one - we will resume operations once full commercial flights restore (not exact verbiage but words to effect).

Options I have is to treat this as NDVO error. Call the contact centre. And / or write again - web form.

Won't mind connecting. For messages to individuals, Neha -you can click on the member's name and then click on the icon " start conversation" (top right). On the next screen you can address that single note to multiple members. Simply type in the first few characters and select from the pop up list.

OMG that was so kind of you to explain when you didn't need to!! thank you so much. Although i had tried doing the same, but it kept asking me for entering valid date and hence was not allowing me to send the message. Nevertheless i will try again. Also goodluck with your mom's application. Hope it comes through soon!

I doubt this could be true. Air bubbles are generally formed with low risk neighbouring countries (Aus/NZ and few bubbles in Europe) while India unfortunately is reporting the highest daily infections at the moment so maybe its a bit too early to have air bubbles with countries like UK and Canada.
HT and Mint have confirmed this so it seems it has been finalized now.

Hi @Kavitaforpt @Dejavu_44 @Neha_khedekar @hinavin,

I am in a similar boat - my family's COPR expired in June. We submitted a webform in July stating we are ready to travel from India, but got a generic response. We've submitted another request using the webform in August 1st week - submitted job offer letter, quarantine, grocery and medical plans. Received a response from IRCC that they have forwarded my enquiry to the responsible office. Silence since then.

Please let me know what are you thinking in terms of next steps.

Wow you have provided quite an extensive plan with job offer. Which is your VO but? Our's is Sydney Nova Scotia. I heard some people from NDVO got responses which were not generic. ( in the whatsapp group that i am) Anyway NDVO is slowing picking pace is what i heard. Nova Scotia was same like NDVO- only genereic responses hence wanted to ask people with same VO for any different experiences/responses. Well if yours is Nova Scotia as well, then all we can do is wait thats all. I will raise a webform again (ready to travel) by the end of this month if i dont get a revert from them.

Hello,
I have a COPR issued on march 21, and its about to expire by mid September. With the new air bubbles will my travel be accepted or should i wait until the travel exemptions extend. Can some one guide me on this?
