Recent job change

I have recently switched my job (in august) due to the reason that my previous employer decided to reduce their workforce. I will be applying for my study permit very soon for the winter intake. I will not have any experience letter from the new employer but have the appointment letter. Will have the roles and responsibility letter and experience letter from the previous employer. Will this recent job change have any effect on the application.

No. Just mention it as most recent job under employment.

Thanks @jigzyy , just wanted to know if this recent job change and that too for the short duration will raise any questions. Should I mention pandemic as the reason for the change or just say started working at XXX organization from date <> in the SOP.
