Work permit expire soon!!! Please advice!

Hi guys!
Really want to get advice from all the experts: my pgwp expire at end of Sep 2020.

Also at the same time, I am looking for new jobs, even they plan to offer me the job, but once I bring the close work permit sponsorship thing to the new company, I got hard no....

So because of this, I am hesitating to asked my current employer about it, cause I am afraid of getting a negative answer.

We have HR, should I bring this question to HR or ask my manager?

Otherside is I called to IRCC, after they knew my situation, the rep from there suggest me to apply BOWP through the paper base, cause it will take longer to process, and I may get my AOR during waiting. And send them an explanation letter to let them know why I apply BOWP instead of close work permit and the problem I am facing.

PS: I am PNP paper base applicant, and my application arrived in Sydney office by May 27th, 2020.

You won't get anywhere if you don't ask anyone at your company, but you may be able to apply for a BOWP.

I notice with a company having HR department, most of the time they won't support the lmia.

Because its gonna be a super long process for them to do it, and even I willing to pay the compliance fee.

And could you please advise me about the BOWP thing? I am still bit confuse about how am I apply it.

I am exact same situation, what's your CRS?

I have a job but they don't sponsor. About PGWP they will directly reject you if you do not have the ITA and the process might take as low as seven days now since a lot of people are going for this. The other way would be waiting for restoration period and apply there might be 50-50 chance of acceptance. I have talked to many lawyers and IRCC few times to gather this information.

In case you are less than 473 you might not get an ITA until end of September as there is only one draw each month,

I am currently on PGWP, and getting expire soon by end of sep, I need extend my wp, but haven't receive my aor yet, but having ar....

I don't get what is ITA mean???
