Nice keep us updated , thank you and I hope your husband received his passport with a stamped visa , I told my sister in law to send his husband passport but she didn't believe me once you get it tell us so I can proof that for her , I was only try to help because there letter win expired in The end of August .
Please let us know how long it takes for DHL to mail the passport to Amman and how long it will take to get it back from Amman?
Plz keep us updated about the details of the process going forward
If we have people from Lebanon in this group I am praying for you and hope that you and your families are safe ❤ hopefully we will reunite with our loved ones in Canada soon. It is much harder for all of us here as our spouses and families live in vulnerable and unsafe cities of middle east and on top of all the wait and stress we worry about their well being. Keeping you all in my thoughts as our situation is much harder and more difficult than the ones who are sponsorship families from safer countries.
Is there a representer person from DHL will go to the address of the visa office and give the passport by hand ?
Did you send email for the embassy confirming that you send the passport ?
Also one thing else , did you put the receipt of the pay in advance for the visa fees or you will send a PDF directly through email ?

No they mail it so they receive it by mail,
And no there is no need to send them emails since they dont even reply to some emails ,
The payment receipt i will email them as soon as they receive my package does not have to be PDF can be a scan copy of the receipt , and no worries if i were in your shows i would have even more questions so if any one has any questions at all no need to hesitate and go ahead and ask , and i will answer what ever i know and i have done till now ,

There is no need to call you can chat directly on the visa global website and they answer all your question during their working hours much easier thats how i contact them for everything

I received my medical way before my file went to Amman office. They recieved my app June 20th, first AOR August 14, medical request August 19, file went to Amman in october
decision made on ecas today ......
