ITA Received, E-APR Submitted, But IELTS Test Result Expires

Hi,

I received my ITA in last month under CEC, I submitted my PR application today but my spouse IELTS is going to expire on 10th August,2020. Within 10 days from now.

Please let me know, should i submit new Test result for my spouse or I submitted application, so it is okay?
