Hi there!

i am new so i hope i can post this here because i am really struggling.

my husbands application was first denied because he has a dui on record from 12 years ago but we appealed it and we got our appeal approved over the phone (interview) in jan 2020. I have been emailing them but told that because of covid, that everything will take longer. I logged into our accounts on the gov site and it just now says that the final decision is that the application is denied. i have been logging in every couple of months and the final decision date is shown as feb 2020 and i never saw it until today. we are extremely confused because we thought we were just waiting for a move date, like the appeal office told us months ago but now we see that its been denied? i really do not want to live in the states and am trying to get any help or opinions possible. do you guys think we should give up after 3 years?

What do your GCMS notes say? Have you ordered them?
