Hello

I received my
(1) India PCC
(2) US PCC (current country of residence)
(3) Upfront medical exam
in January and February and March respectively.

I didn't know there would be a long pause due to COVID19.
Now which of these are now invalid and which ones I need to reapply for?

CIC says as following:

"In general, you and all the people in your family who are 18 or older need to get a police certificate. You must get one from each country or territory where you have lived for six or more months in a row since the age of 18. (For example, if you lived in a country for eight months but left on a two-week vacation, that counts as living there for eight months.)

For the country you currently live in, the police certificate must be issued no more than six months before you apply.

For countries where you have lived for six months or more, the police certificate must be issued after the last time you lived in that country.

If your certificate is in a language other than English or French, send it when you apply, along with the original copy of a translation done by a certified translator."

Regarding medical it is valid for 1 year.

Medical is valid for 1 year? Are you sure? If so I have to land before March 2021 right?

I suggest no need to do anything now. You can get the US FBI report within one day and can submit application without medical. As soon as you submit, schedule your medical and then submit results via webform. If you did not visit India since last trip, Indian PCC will be valid.

What is your status. Have you already got ita and have submitted your application?
No still waiting for an ITA. Even if I get an ITA next month and it takes 6 months to process and I get the PR approved in Jan 2021 let's say. Then I have only till March to make the first landing and activating my PR correct? That's too soon for me. How do I get around this?
(I did my medical in March 2020)

The problem is I did my upfront medical on March 15th and entered the pool on March 27th, 2020.
I didn't know there would be a long pause due to COVID. The doctor already sent the results to IRCC.

So if I get picked next month and if I get my PR approved in Jan 2021 it means I have to land within 1 year of the medical i.e. March 2021 correct?

Yes wait for ITA and then you can apply for US PCC. When I was applying in 2019 my medical was expiring in August. I got PPR in July 2019. I was expecting IRCc to give a remedical request but they automatically extended the medical and gave me copr till August 2020. If they need a remedical they will ask. As long as your medical is valid till AOR you are good.

Yeah, that's right. Since yours still valid, no need to re-do medical. Just wait for ITA and apply. IRCC will request for a re-do if yours expires before final decision.
