In IT field, sceum master is the one who makes sure Agile methodogies are adapted for smooth functioning of project

I really have no idea what jobs are in demand in the IT sector. The PNP works on ties to a province - either study or a job offer or both. The question of what province can offer job opportunities for a scrum master is meaningless in the abstract. I don't think any province would turn away someone with in-demand IT skills. It's just that the PNPs don't work that way.
