Some documents haven't arrived.. What should I do??

Hi,

I received my ITA on May 28th.
I gathered most of documents, but one of my police check is still in process.

What should I do if I don't get it by July 28th?
Please help

I think you can still submit but you have to include an LOE along a proof that you ordered the document and it is still in a processing stage, later you can upload your PCC through webform; either way dont worry you should have it by then.

I'll mention that in my LOE.

I'm just wondering how I'll be able to upload the documents later after submitting the application.
Will there be a special platform activated later?
Right now I don't see any section in my checklist that is designated for later submission.

After further check I can confirm that you can submit with an LOE alongside a proof that you ordered the documents to the competent authorities, just joint it to your LOE in the same pdf, you can find the information on CIC website/Covid updates.

Later after submission you can send your documents through IRCC webform https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx , you can upload documents later via your profile only in the case when they send you an additional documents request, if you receive one you will see a new placeholder appearing on your application, anyway send it as quick as you can through IRCC's webform.
