When will be the biometrics collection service resume in india

Even I'm eager to know the same. If anyone has any updates. Please do post it here!!
Will they atleast process our application without our Biometrics??
I do not mean by final decision but, will they atleast start reviewing our Medicals and Review of eligibility??
