Send minor child to study in canada to get PR?

Need some advice if my child who is a minor to study Grade 11 until 12 and hopefully get a scholarship in the university. If she studied for two years, will she be qualified for residence permit?

No she would need to qualify same as anyone else, attend college, get work experience and then maybe apply, a 5/6 /7 year plan including year 11/12. Also whilst a minor would need a guardian identified to apply for a study permit plus pay international fees as she would to attend college given scholarships are not generally available to temporary residents

No - she will not qualify for PR with just two years of study.

I would recommend you research the Express Entry program to understand what it will take to qualify for PR.

Would add that international students don’t commonly get scholarships. Most are reserved for Canadian citizens and PRs.
