Because you have already done medicals. So you need to upload the form you got from the panel physician. Its the one with your picture and personal info

She just told me they explicitely told her they dont give out copies to clients..what a fail....total rubbish this whole immigration process.

They don't give out copies of the test results. But there is a form which shows what test she is supposed to do. It has a heading 'Information sheet' (if it was medical) or 'medical report form'. It shows the personal info (name, DOB, passport number), and physician name. They must have given her this. Tell her to call the panel physician and inquire
