3. BLS sent payment link for return label, made payment but forgot to keep receipt. But got email confirmation with order & Transaction no.Can i send that info?

Thanks in advance
1. Do we need to send passport copy of front and back pages only or including all stamp pages?
All pages with Indian immigration stamps or any observation on your current and old passport ( as mentioned in checklist)
2. For proof of address can i use rental agreement or SIN?
Yes
3. BLS sent payment link for return label, made payment but forgot to keep receipt. But got email confirmation with order & Transaction no.Can i send that info?
Not required, They have payment linked with your passport number, still for your own record, you can retrieve payment details in "DOWNLOAD PUROLATOR LABEL" section of website with your payment card details, (Name on credit card must be entered as name of applicant, dont put actual Visa/Mastercard card holder's name. i.e for your spouse/child application, if you paid with your card, still you would enter spouse/child name as name on card, Try all combination of name like First name Last name, Full Name on passport, Last name First name etc for any no record found message

1. It is advisable to use purolator service available through BLS website. You can do it yourself. Or you can book one by calling the BLS. I have read about some people using Canadapost also. But BLS website strongly suggests against it.
2. No, 44.50 does not cover return courier charge. You can include that amount when you get the certified cheque/draft. I have read some people using self-addressed envelope. Not sure though.
3. Yes. They have to vouch for you and submit documents on your behalf if the local police asks for one.

Thanks I've applied via purolator pick up and paid for return label.

Hi, I'am also waiting for my PCC. have not received it yet. I inquired and was informed it has been sent from India. I applied on April 20 and my last date for the application is next Monday. Can someone advise what to do? Tried my best to reach BLS via phone and email and no response. Should I decline the invitation and go back to pool or submit with explanation. Please assist.

Hello, Two weeks ago, I've sent my PCC documents along with paid return envelope and money order to BLS Brampton through Canada Post. Does anyone know if BLS Brampton accept it from Canada post or it just accept via Purolator?

BLS strongly suggest to use the Purolator service. But I missed it and sent through Canada post for both mine and my spouse. They started to process my spouse's application and i can see that in the BLS website but my application showed as 'No records found'. I did called them and up front, I got the answer as ONLY Purolator service is accepted not any other. I stated my wife's application got accepted through the same 'Canada post' service and after couple of follow ups, they started to process mine as well. Now both of our status shows, "Processing at consulate general".

So once your canada post tracker shows it as reached, you need to call them and follow up to get it processed. :(

I saw one post related to PCC that BLS does not accept with 'Residence Permit' for PCC.
we have applied with 'Residence Permit' 3 weeks before and it is now showing 'In transit from bls to consulate'.

Also, I read on the same forum that they accept under both these type and in one forum i read that a lady in aadhaar kendra said to apply under 'Residence Permit' if you are applying for Canadian PR. Does it happen with anyone or anyone knows ?

I have read in the forum where senior members advising not to decline but to submit with LoE.

I guess it depends on the individual case whether to decline or submit with explanation. Say for example, if you have better score and confident of getting an invitation again, then you have that option open to decline the invitation (to be safer). Please also consider the fact that latest draw included Federal skilled workers stream also. So CRS cut-off score has increased drastically and may continue to be high as long as FSW stream is included.

If you choose to submit with LoE, you may just want to be prepared on how to submit the PCC once you get one.

I missed reading BLS instruction about the usage of Purolator and I sent my documents and even return the envelope of Canada post on 3rd July. I will try to call them tomorrow, what's your suggestion guys?
Also, my deadline to submit PR application is in 20 days, I am surely not going to get back PCC on time, in that case, can I still submit my PR documents with an explanation?

Today I call BLS center to tell them about my mistake to send my application from Canada post, they told that nothing can be done, we process Purolator applications first and once all are completed, we pick Canada post applications :(
