NDVO started processing my file on 22 Nov. 2019.

Yes, email received for some update in gckey. After logging in gckey, there was a pre arrival message waiting there.

The application was submitted on June 17, 2019. We raised a web form request on 17 June 2020 and received an email response today from the High Commission of Canada.
It says our request has been transferred to the permanent residence unit and that they are functioning with reduced staff due to COVID.

ECAS Status is given below.:


We received PA's application for permanent residence on June 17, 2019.
We started processing PA's application on September 16, 2019. -- AOR 2
We sent PA medical instructions on August 13, 2019. To avoid delays, please provide us with the information requested as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Medical results have been received. -- Med passed Aug 26
We sent PA a letter on August 30, 2019. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. -- file transfer to Delhi
We didn't receive any updates after that.


Had ordered GCMS notes and got them on March 3, 2020. No red flags.

I got pre arrival letter on 30th Jan 2020 and still waiting i think after VFS reopens in india we will get lots of DMs and PPRs

It never went again to application received. Just transferred to ndvo on 12 Nov and started processing on 22 Nov. Stayed in process since then. The thing you are talking about started happening to applicants of late sep onwards.

I'm also sept 2019 applicant... After medical received... On 8th of jan2020 my status changed from inprocess to application received. .. That's I want to knw detail abt ur process... Pls let me knw

Ok. But this is my case. Sep 3 received, Oct 29 bio medical, Nov 12 Ndvo transfer, Nov 22 aor2. Order your gcms notes I would advise to check exact status.

i puneet i have the exact same timeline as you. Can you share whats your GCMS notes look like?
i just received mine today eligibility- not started security- not started. Rest of things are complete
